Succotash (pronounced suhk-uh-tash) is a Native American dish part of many Thanksgiving celebrations. It is hearty enough to be served as an entree but also makes a delicious accompaniment. We serve it as a side dish to a wonderful combination of flavoured Paneer and Red Pepper Sauce.
