Sa Po is a Chinese word for ‘clay pot’. It is a very popular Indonesian dish with Chinese influence. Traditionally the dish is served in the clay pot to keep warm, and retain the flavours better. We have taken the humble potato to a new level with this delicious sauce, served with fragrant star anise flavoured sticky rice
